The Manager, Trade Operations, is responsible for maintaining compliance with all necessary government regulations while importing goods in the most cost-efficient manner possible. This individual serves as the primary person responsible for non-daily trade compliance functions, primarily focusing on imports into the US and other key countries. This position is responsible for helping develop Entrusts import strategies and provide operational leadership to the Trade Operations team. This person is responsible for conducting some internal compliance audits, maintaining trade standard operating policy and procedures (SOPs), and coordinating training for multiple international operating units. **_Responsibilities:_** Manager, Trade Operations * Ensure import customs policies are developed in partnership with Trade Compliance, maintained and effectively implemented, current to evolving global requirements, local regulations, and corporate policies/standards. * Leads trade operations team through technical direction and guidance along with leading team in technical projects. Performs general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance mgmt. and work direction. * Engages others to build partnerships to integrate Trade Operations in Entrusts business.
