Full Job Description

**Position Title:** Mgr Sr Solutioning & Trans (PHL) **Shift:** 5:00 PM to 2:00AM (Philippines) **Job Description:** "Responsible for supporting solution management and implementation activities to provide comprehensive technical and strategic support to internal and external growth and transition teams, ensuring successful positioning and operationalization of healthcare solutions for prospective and existing clients. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Collaborates with sales teams to qualify opportunities and create solution bid plans, working with solution architects to develop RFP responses and staffing models. Contributes to detailed design of proposed solutions including component design, cost and benefit estimation, and evaluation of alternatives to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Supports creation of opportunity collaterals and works with finance teams on deal commercials and business cases. Engages with clients to understand needs and assess alternative solutions and strategies. Contributes to program design, planning, and execution while managing cost, schedule, risks and maintaining governance standards. Supports knowledge management repositories of solutions, capabilities, and frameworks, and contributes to thought leadership papers for commercialization organization. Coordinates with delivery leaders to define solution performance benchmarks and implementation timelines. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Requires a BA/BS in related field including business administration, information systems, operations management, industrial engineering, or other business-related disciplines. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the outsourcing industry. Experience should demonstrate progressive responsibility and growth in solution development or operations management.
