Must Have
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, 2 + years of engineering leadership experience, 6+ years of experience in application development, system architecture, and production support for enterprise-level solutions, Proven experience managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and conducting 1: 1s, technical background in Java, JavaScript, RDBMS concepts, and database fundamentals, Ability to debug and unblock technical and architectural issues without direct coding responsibilities, Experience participating in architecture and design reviews, with a focus on guiding standards and feasibility, Familiarity with agile development practices and product company environments, Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and collaborating across functions
