Lead and motivate Pest Technician Teams
Provide outstanding service delivery
Ensure team is functioning effectively
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor branch scheduling
Ensure pest tech routes are completed
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
Respond to customer concerns
Resolve cancellation requests
Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians performance
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Facilitate continual training
