It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. **Job Description** * Responsible in marketing and sales of deposit products such as deposits, cash and trade management solutions and Global Markets products to Commercial Banking non-borrowing and borrowing profile customers. * Work with borrowing team to grow deposits and coming up with events to drive deposit growth. * Build and deepen customer loyalty and satisfaction through word and deed: be a role model, quick to address defects and institute measurements and tracking. * Ensure maintenance of the highest possible standards of sales practices and investment advice for clients in line with UOB’s advisory and sales processes. * Identify market opportunities for business growth and takes charge to implement sales programs to achieve the desired results. * Grow the portfolio by way of new client acquisition and relationship deepening through cross-sell of appropriate products. * Be fully responsible and accountable for all the customer relationships under management by way of KYC and personally getting to know the top clients of the unit. * Exercise sound business judgement and, at all times, safeguard the interest of the bank as well as that of the clients. * To ensure at all times, compliance with the bank’s
