Must Have

Possess a recognised degree or Diploma / Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university/colleges, Has a interest in financial planning, investment, client management and keen to work in a sales driven environment, business acumen, proactive, a highly motivated self-starter, Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent team work/spirit

Nice to Have

at least 6 years of sales/credit experience

What You'll Do.

managing a Commercial portfolio

evaluating their loan applications

conducting credit reviews

marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services

Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio

Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients

Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship

Identify clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability

Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned

Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”)
