We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of **Real Estate Manager** within our **Real Estate & Facilities Department** group based in **Houston, TX**. **_Key Responsibilities:_** * Manage and execute a wide array of real estate-related activities for a major oil & gas corporation, including lease and sublease of commercial office premises (both from a landlord perspective and a tenant perspective), redevelopment of existing premises, and purchase and sale of real property for commercial purposes. * Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data in conjunction with outside consultants such as real estate brokers, engineering/ environmental consultants, and others. * Duties include but are not limited to: site selection; financial feasibility and approval; coordination with internal and external stakeholders and governmental agencies; and negotiation and execution of transaction-related documents.
