Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent, or experience managing teams, Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis, Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level, Experience in vendor management
Nice to Have
6+ years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience, Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers, Experience measuring key operational metrics (e. g. , order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, on-time and complete shipment, inventory record defect rate), Experience in automation or monitoring frameworks, deployment or development, Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
What You'll Do.
Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians
Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages
Manage the installation network and cabling infrastructure in
train and educate staff on best practices
Manage tasks and deliverables across projects
and oversee policies and procedures
Provide weekly report to the data center manager
Coordinate team resources to support project and delivery
Recruit and train data technicians
Host weekly staff meetings
Drive compliance to Amazon performance management requirements
Manage the daily operations for installing and delivering
Oversee development and growth of their team
Provide strategic direction
Propose technical solutions
