Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance, 5 years’ experience in a FP&A, market finance, strategic and/or financial area, Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, Independent problem solver, Highly analytical, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent project management skills, Proficient in MS Office Applications, Advanced MS Excel skills, High attention to detail, High degree of accuracy, Able to manage a wide range of projects, Able to manage dynamic priorities, Able to effectively communicate technical and basic business concepts, Focus on compliance, Focus on risk management, Focus on process controls, Aligned to the Company’s corporate mission/values, Looking to drive innovation within healthcare

We empower employees with curated development plans that foster growth and promote rewarding, fulfilling careers. # **Job Summary** The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the growth and achievement of CareAllies financial and business objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting. This individual will help manage the Company’s FP&A processes, financial forecasting and actuals, long-range planning, value-based care (VBC) contract performance and support financial system implementation. This role will support or manage key organizational financial initiatives, including FP&A, integration (short-term), VBC scenario analytics, growth opportunities, and VBC contract modeling. This position will report to and work closely with the VP of FP&A and collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization (CFO, functional leaders, etc). The ideal candidate will be strong in collaboration, communication, financial management, analytical capabilities, initiating process improvements, time management/prioritization and excel modeling.
