assure compliance with Company standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements; assure public safety and compliance with regulatory requirements; assure Company standards and regulatory requirements are adhered to during design and construction; assure efficient utilization of resources; assure accurate measurement of gas quantity and quality, and reliable natural gas service to customers; assure proper administration of activities

Risk mitigation
Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting., Requires a valid driver's license., As a Safety-Sensitive position, pre and post-employment screenings, including but not limited to drug testing as outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and motor vehicle record (MVR) background checks are required.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, seven years of related or equivalent experience, Licensed Professional Engineer certification
What You'll Do.
guidance and direction to divisional personnel regarding system safety and integrity
regulation and measurement
cathodic protection design
Provides technical review of projects
and equipment to assure compliance with Company standards
and regulatory requirements.
Develops and maintains operating and maintenance standards for the Company in order to assure public safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversees various technical projects and assists in engineering related computer application designs.
May oversee the creation and filing of local
and federal regulatory reports related to the storage
and distribution assets installed
and operated in the relevant operating jurisdictions.
Assists during the annual capital budget development regarding engineering and other related expenditures.
Reviews budget requests and makes recommendations for submission and approval.
Monitors and evaluates capital projects to assure Company standards and regulatory requirements are adhered to during design and construction.
Evaluates and establishes material and product standards and qualifications for Company use.

Develops and monitors functional area budgets to assure efficient utilization of resources.
directs and reviews the achievement of area goals and objectives within established company policies.
Monitors and maintains system designs and flow models to assure accurate measurement of gas quantity and quality
