What You'll Do.

managing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with UOB’s products and services

work closely with the client to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs

cross-selling of banking products and services to existing customers

manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

marketing and promoting a wide range of banking products and services

deposits and other retail banking products to potential clients with a starting AUM of > 100k to 499k

Manage key relationships with existing and potential customers and provide sound advice in the effective management of their finances in view of portfolio expansion

Analyse and match customers’ financial requirements with the bank's product offerings to best suit their personal investment needs to grow mutually beneficial banking investment opportunities

Proactively cross-sell other banking products and services
