Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the accounting field, Fundamental accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of US GAAP, Proven people-management experience, Experience supporting multi-entity accounting in a global organization, Ability to operate effectively across geographies, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Highly detail-oriented, organized, and thorough, with a continuous-improvement mindset, Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English, Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, University degree in accounting

CPA and audit (big 4) experience, Experience supporting multi-entity accounting in a global organization, Experience with an SAP ERP environment, Project management skills, preferably within a centralized or shared services model

Own monthly and quarterly close processes

Primary Function of Position The Center of Excellence Accounting Manager plays a critical role in delivering consistent, scalable, and high‑quality financial reporting within a COE operating model. This role supports centralized process ownership, governance, and standardization across multiple legal entities and regions. As the Company’s global operations continue to expand, this role addresses increased complexity by owning end‑to‑end accounting and reporting processes and serving as an integrated member of the Controllership function, partnering with regional teams and external service providers. This role offers a strong opportunity to lead a high‑performing COE team while further developing both accounting and operational skills.
