Must Have

Nice to Have
Associates degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field, Experience in Lean manufacturing, 6S, or Kaizen practices, Experience facilitating training, Contribute to development of new team members, Communication and interpersonal ability to lead meetings, Coordinate across multiple teams, Manage multiple priorities, Meet tight deadlines, Maintain high level of accuracy

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
Ensure accurate tracking of materials and assemblies
Manage move order execution
Drive resolution of production issues
Coordinate expedited shipments
Manage short ship situations
Prepare daily production status updates
Deliver daily production status updates
Implement process improvements
Enhance production efficiency
Promote best practices
Oversee systematic replenishment processes
Maintain minimum/maximum levels
Lead cycle count programs
Ensure inventory accuracy
