As a Production Control Technologist, your primary responsibilities are daily tactical planning and execution to sustain wafer start, non-production wafer and carriers inventory management, and recycle operations that line up with business strategies. Your responsibilities also include supporting a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards. ## Responsibilities: * Implementation of inventory strategies and compliance and participate in the resolution of any constraints or issues * Implement daily Wafer starts according to forecast and housekeeping of inventory based on established business process * Support engineering on non-production wafers or FOUP quality, recycle yield, and cost saving initiatives. * Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation and breakthrough * Promote workplace safety and ensuring continuous improvement in day-to-day operations * Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships. * Leverage approved digital and AI-enabled tools (e.g., copilots, analytics assistants, automation tools) to improve work efficiency, data analysis, documentation quality, and decision-making. * Apply good judgment and follow company data governance, security, and safety guidelines when using AI or digital tools in daily operations. * Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness,exer
