bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required, Power BI Certification, 3+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment, Conversational English / Business English, Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics, Use of various software and computer applications, such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO and Microsoft Office programs, required, Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences, A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive able to motivate him/herself and easily accepts constructive input from others, Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals, analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities

We are looking for a **Mfg Planning Analyst Lead.** **What will you do?** * This position is responsible for discovering and creating different scenarios with information collected from planning, Operations and Finance to help us maker smarter decisions to deliver the best options to achieve Customer on time delivery focusing on effective alignment from planning – sales– execution. * This position will require you to gather data from multiple data sets and transform this data into actionable insights. These insights include but are not limited to data models, algorithm creation, machine learning, data mining, dashboards, and reports. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to create data solutions with the input from stakeholders that have little to no previous data knowledge and provide outputs that are understandable for all the stakeholders. A successful candidate should act with an entrepreneurial business mindset seeking out solutions that can provide the most business value business. KPI’s development at first and second level aligned with a daily management discipline. * Since this position is responsible for delivering solutions to multiple global teams across the global chiller in terms of processes alignment the candidate is expected to have strong communication skills
