As a Store Manager you will be responsible to manage and coordinate an MFCs (Micro Fulfillment Centers), focusing on implementing, improving and controlling all operational processes, driving them towards the exceptional performance our customers demand. THE JOURNEY * Manage a warehouse with a team of >8 people. , including Team Leaders and Pickers (hiring, training and mentoring) * Develop MFCs business model with a 360º mindset. * Work with a cross-functional team (Operations, CatMan, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution. * Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement. * Embrace a start-up mentality and emphasize Glovos’ Core Values. ## Qualifications * Min of 2-3 yr of experience in fast-paced environments (operations, consulting, retail industry, etc.). * Ability and experience to manage large work teams and lead changes. * A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary. * Good communication skills, English and Portuguese speaker is a Must (Spanish is a Plus) * You've got good judgment but own up to your mistakes. * You find smart and e
