What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: * Owning Canva’s localisation strategy for Mexico, identifying opportunities to improve cultural relevance, clarity, tone, and overall user experience. * Partnering closely with local and regional teams on product growth initiatives, contributing localisation insights that influence market-specific priorities and roadmap decisions. * Analysing user behaviour, activation, and subscription funnels to uncover opportunities for growth and localisation improvements. * Providing cultural insights and strategic guidance to global marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to ensure experiences resonate authentically with Mexican users. * Collaborating with external localisation partners, linguists, and translators to deliver high-quality es-MX experiences across all touchpoints. * Identifying opportunities to scale localisation learnings across Latin American Spanish-speaking markets while preserving local authenticity and nuance. * Acting as the voice of Mexican users internally, championing culturally relevant experiences that help Canva become one of the most loved brands in Mexico.
