Must Have
3+ years of carrier sales or capacity procurement experience, preferably in cross-border Mexico freight, Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written), Demonstrated success in negotiating rates and managing carrier performance, Established relationships with Mexico-based and border-region carriers, understanding of cross-border processes, documentation, and compliance requirements, Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS systems
