Ensure that laboratory analytical instruments are maintained in a compliant and reliable working state by performing and coordinating calibration, maintenance, and qualification/validation activities in accordance with applicable regulatory and quality system requirements. This role supports internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D and Quality) and external suppliers to ensure uninterrupted and compliant laboratory operations. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Perform routine and non-routine calibration and maintenance activities for analytical laboratory instruments in accordance with approved procedures and schedules. * Plan, schedule, and manage calibration and maintenance activities performed by external service providers or equipment manufacturers, including supplier-calibrated instruments. * Review service reports and calibration certificates to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. * Provide technical support in the event of instrument malfunctions or failures, including troubleshooting, root cause identification, and coordination with equipment manufacturers or service providers to resolve issues. * Collaborate closely with Quality
