Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, 3–5 years of experience in metrology, dimensional inspection, or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, working knowledge of GD&T, MSA, SPC, and statistical capability analysis, Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and/or optical measurement systems, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or FOUP-related products, Familiarity with ISO standards, customer specifications, and audit processes, Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or high-volume manufacturing operations, Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive improvements under tight timelines

Full Job Description
**Job Title:** Metrology Engineer **Job Description:** The Metrology Engineer ensures accurate, reliable, and compliant measurement systems to support FOUP product qualification, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. This role is critical to sustaining product quality, enabling production scale-up, and meeting customer and audit requirements across the product lifecycle. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop, validate, and sustain measurement systems, inspection methods, and metrology standards * Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including GR&R and capability studies * Support FOUP design qualification, engineering changes, and production ramp-up activities * Define and maintain metrology plans, specifications, and control strategies aligned with customer and regulatory requirements * Identify, investigate, and resolve measurement-related issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions * Serve as the metrology subject-matter expert (SME) for internal, customer, and regulatory audits * Partner cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement **What We Seek:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline * 3–5 years of experience in metrology, dimensional inspection, or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment * Strong working knowledge of GD&T, MSA, SPC, and statistical capability analysis * Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and/or optical measurement systems * Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills **Outstanding Candidates Will Have:** * Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or FOUP-related products * Familiarity with ISO standards, customer specifications, and audit processes * Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or high-volume manufacturing operations * Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive improvements under tigh
