Must Have
Associates degree in Engineering, industrial manteinance or related technical fields, 7+ years of experience in Callibration, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance or related fields, Participation in digital reliability or automation projects, Role as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in predictive maintenance or asset performance, Proven success in leveraging technology to improve equipment uptime and efficiency, Ability to work in a GMP-controlled environment with strict safety and compliance standards, Flexibility to support 24/7 operations, including occasional overtime and shift work based on production needs, Capability to perform tasks in manufacturing and laboratory settings, which may involve standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights, Commitment to maintaining a zero-injury safety culture and adherence to all site health, safety, and environmental protocols, apply innovative technical solutions to meet business objectives with emphasis on productivity, maintainability, and asset value, relate well to all levels of the organization and build appropriate working relationships with Engineering colleagues and internal customer base, knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting the business and the Engineering organization

**Job Title** : Metrology Engineer * Location: Pearl River, NY **About the Job** The Engineering & Maintenance Department at the Pearl River site plays a critical role in supporting the production of Flublok, a key vaccine product manufactured in over 70,000 sq. ft. of GMP-compliant manufacturing, laboratory, and administrative space. As the primary U.S.-based facility for Flublok production, Pearl River is also a Homeland Security-designated and licensed site for the supply of Bird Flu Vaccine drug substance in the event of a pandemic.
