Methods Process Analyst- BCA (Consultant) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airlines** (BCA) is seeking several experienced **Methods Process Analysts** (Level 5’s) to support multiple programs across the Puget Sound region. Candidates could be considered for roles in **Everett, Renton, Auburn, Puyallup/Fredrickson, or Seattle Washington.** **Position Overview:** As a Level 5 Methods Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing production processes for our Boeing Commercial Airplane programs. This position requires a deep understanding of manufacturing principles, Lean methodologies, and leading the development of processes and procedures using advanced Industrial Engineering techniques to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. The candidates are expected to have experience leading others through Industrial Engineering procedures for production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness requirements, and improve quality through structured root cause analysis reviews, as well as how to utilize data and analytics in order to recommend a plan of action. The ideal candidates will possess strong strategic and creative-thinking skills and have experience acting as a consultant to top level management. It is essential that the candidates can effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams and establish partnerships with senior leaders. The positions will include opportunities to display leadership and integrating teams while applying knowledge of Industrial Engineering processes and tools.
