If you are detail-oriented, possess strong technical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and be a part of our mission to deliver excellence in aviation. **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Perform all tasks related to the preparation, setup, and operation of thermal processing tools and equipment, including Super Plastic Forming (SPF) dies and blanks. * Cut and inspect materials to ensure they meet quality specifications, adapting cutting equipment as necessary. * Create and maintain job files, setup data, and backup information to support all operations. * Interpret standard work instructions, charts, blueprints, and job layouts to accomplish assigned tasks effectively. * Ensure proper machine operation through necessary adjustments and routine preventative maintenance, maintaining cleanliness and functionality of equipment. * Detect and address faulty tools and equipment, diagnosing and correcting malfunctions in machining and assembly processes. * Set automated or mechanized welding machines to prescribed certification settings, producing test samples to verify compliance. * Exec
