Serve as the project leader for creating and enhancing metadata

Develop best practices and local policies for non-MARC metadata

Transform and load metadata into the library’s digital asset management system

Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating metadata projects

and distribute metadata projects

Perform quality control to ensure overall accuracy and consistency

Train staff on application of standard schemas

Implement harvesting and transformation processes to improve sharing and discoverability of metadata
