We are aggressively scaling our paid advertising efforts and currently spend over $100,000/month on META Ads, with plans to continue increasing spend. We are looking for a high-level Senior Media Buyer who deeply understands Meta Ads, conversion psychology, creative strategy, funnel optimization, and performance marketing. This is NOT an entry-level role. We are looking for someone obsessed with performance, data, testing, scaling, and booked calls. ### Your Main Goal Your primary objective is simple: ### Generate qualified booked calls profitably through Meta Ads. You will be responsible for helping us scale ad spend while maintaining strong performance metrics across the entire funnel.
