Must Have
3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns or social media advertising, Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools, Understanding of basic advertising metrics and campaign optimization, written and verbal English communication skills, Organized with attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks effectively, Creative mindset with willingness to test and learn new strategies, Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands, Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or basic graphic design tools, Experience supporting Australian or international clients, Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition
