Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Plan, develop, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation, sales, and brand visibility. Optimize campaign performance through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and continuous A/B testing. Create, test, and refine high-performing ad creatives tailored to specific target audiences and campaign goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align advertising strategies with broader business objectives. Implement conversion tracking systems and ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance across platforms. Stay updated on digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices. Requirements: Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with strong performance outcomes. Experience in the peptides, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including targeting, bidding models, and funnel optimization. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking tools, and performance analytics. Ability to create compelling, conversion-focused ad creatives and messaging strategies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
