For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work. **Job Title** : Met Lab Inspector I **Reporting To:** Management, Materials Engineering **Work Schedule:** Onsite – Baguio City, PH **As a Met Lab Inspector I, you will be responsible for:** * Competently perform a limited number of chemical, material, and process skill sets required for this function, which will include evaluation of materials in accordance with the Met Lab procedure and print requirement, collection of data, disposal of hazardous materials, and searches for specific causes of problems. * Preparation of etching solution; sample preparation; metallographic analysis and mechanical testing of samples required in the acceptance of heat treated parts; interpretation of test data; preparation, issuance, and compilation of reports and records. * Operate and maintain laboratory and analytical equipment and supplies to ensure uninterrupted, reliable results. * Provide laboratory support (test and report data) to M&PE and other engineering personnel in conducting failure investigations, post-test analyses, and manufacturing troubleshooting. * Participate in M&PE team organization and training. **Minimum Requirement** **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science / Engineering **Experience** * 6-month to 1-year experience in related field **Skills & Knowledge** * Continuous Improvement * Communication * Problem Solving * Project Management * Technical Proficiency * Influencing * Zero Defect Mindset * Proficiency in computer-based applications **Our Benefits** * Insurance coverage for Life, Medical, Accident, and Travel * Guaranteed pay up to 14 months * Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and other paid
