What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven, hands-on experience and architectural knowledge in Pharma Suite or other MES in the life science industries, Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing interfaces between MES and enterprise/shop-floor systems, Working knowledge of SAP, LIMS, and DCS, Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, QA documentation, and testing frameworks, Working knowledge of critical industry standards: GxP, GAMP etc., Fluent German, Professional proficiency in English, Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, transfer knowledge effectively, and scale resources dynamically based on project needs
Nice to Have
Rockwell Pharma suites is preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead creation of Process Requirement Specifications
Implement core library components
Drive standardization and harmonization
Design integration and data flow architectures
Provide knowledge transfer and coaching
Oversee German-speaking MES recipe authors
