Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience, Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English, 5 Years of Relevant Experience

experience in designing and architecting solutions in Siemens Opcenter / Camstar, CN MOM / CIO, Solution Configuration/ Build with Designer / Portal Studio, Proven hands-on experience as an MES Functional Architect or similar role, Experience with GxP, ITIL (preferably ServiceNow and Jira), interpersonal, communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills, Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams, Experience working in a complex matrix organization, knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and IIoT technologies, Proficiency in SQL databases, scripting, and data integration tools, Familiarity with enterprise applications such as ERP, SCADA, and PLM, Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

As an **MES Opcenter Solution Architect** , you will be primarily responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced IT systems, influencing IT strategies, and ensuring solutions align with long-term business goals at **Fort Worth, TX**. In this role a typical day will include: * Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions based on Opcenter capabilities * Design and implement MES solutions to support manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives. * Create business cases to highlight the ROI and value proposition of Opcenter MES. * Develop solution blueprints, data models, workflows, and UI mockups. * Manage a common MES code base across globally distributed systems to ensure consistency and efficiency. * Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and execution. * Translate business requirements into MES functional specifications. * Develop and optimize MES workflows aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISA-95). * Lead MES deployment projects including configuration, testing, and validation. * Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and stakeholders. * Troubleshoot MES-related issues to maintain system stability and performance. * Participate in incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes. * Support MES upgrades, enhancements, and customization extensions. * Manage and execute GxP documentation (e.g., test scripts) to ensure compliance. * Provide on-call support for manufacturing sites a
