The role ensures ITIL best practices are consistently followed and delivers enterprise IT solutions designed around web-based applications. The position also focuses on aligning IT services with business needs, while maintaining system stability and supporting the architecture, design, installation, and setup of applications. **What a typical day looks like:** * Manage and coordinate assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring proper design and delivery of solutions * Support the definition, design, and implementation of infrastructure and application solutions * Contribute to enterprise architecture planning and development activities * Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for daily application and system support * Ensure knowledge sharing of new technologies and implementations within the team * Monitor system performance and ensure stability through proper controls and tools * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers * Ensure adherence to SLAs and regularly review service performance with the business * Oversee backup and retention policies to minimize data loss risks * Ensure systems comply with security and regulat
