We are looking for an Mergers & Acquisition Analyst to join Konecranes’ Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on M&A experience in a global industrial company. You will work closely with experienced M&A professionals and senior leaders, supporting transactions and strategic investment decisions that shape the future of Konecranes. Location: Konecranes is headquartered in Hyvinkää, Finland. This role is primarily based at our modern offices in Keilaranta, Espoo, where the team is located. We work in a hybrid model and enjoy collaborating in the office, with around 50% of your working time spent on-site. Occasional travel is part of the role. Travel is limited in the beginning (approximately 10 days per year, depending on project needs) and may increase over time. Key responsibilities: * Support in evaluating investment opportunities, including market, financial, and strategic analysis. * Participate in due diligence processes across financial, commercial, tax, legal, HR and operational areas. * Prepare valuation models (DCF, multiples-based valuation, scenario analyses). * Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and internal decision materials. * Conduct industry and competitor research to support M&A pipeline development. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, business units) and external advisors. ## Qualifications We are looking for a structured and hands‑on professional who enjoys working in an ambitious environment.
