We are looking for a Merchant Success Associate Manager to help scale Bolt’s rapidly growing business in Tallinn, Estonia. About the role As a Merchant Success Associate Manager, you will define and drive merchant growth strategy across Bolt Food’s Grocery and Retail business. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Strategy, Merchant Success and Business Performance. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear strategies, scalable playbooks and execution frameworks, enabling local teams to improve merchant performance across pricing, promotions, visibility and trade events. Main tasks and responsibilities: Own the Merchant CVP, evolving our growth strategy across diverse segments and defining the frameworks that drive conversion and partner participation. Take the wheel on KPI setting and performance management; you’ll analyze market trends to set ambitious targets and lead the "interventions" that turn gaps into wins.. Designing the commercial playbooks that define our pricing architecture, trade events, and in-app merchandising standards. Lead the charge in Joint Business Planning, conducting high-stakes quarterly reviews with our top-tier merchants to unlock new growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Be the central pulse of our merchant marketing, ensuring every promotional activity across every market is perfectly timed and strategically aligned.
