Must Have
1 year of experience in customer support, partner operations, merchant services, or similar roles, communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple merchant accounts and tasks simultaneously, comfortable working with data, charm, empathy, honesty, proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and ownership, entrepreneurial, innovative, adaptable, collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and the local language

Familiarity with food delivery, grocery delivery, or marketplace platforms, Experience with CRM systems, merchant dashboards, or operational tools, Previous experience supporting campaigns, merchant growth initiatives, or logistics coordination

Conduct direct merchant outreach
Ensure partners reach highest service standards
Review merchant quality metrics

Manage and update partner menus
Organize and coordinate photo/content shoots

Maintain accurate records of merchant communication
