If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on solving operational challenges, this role is for you. ### What You’ll Do As the main point of contact for our merchants, you will: * Manage end-to-end operational activities, including merchant onboarding, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth business operations. * Coordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to oversee shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, inventory movement, merchant activation, and issue resolution. * Handle operational transactions and documentation accurately through ERP/WMS systems, including inventory records, stock movements, merchant setup, compliance requirements, and operational reporting. * Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, merchant activity, and operational KPIs, while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall customer experience. * Provide day-to-day support for merchants and internal teams by managing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issue
