What They're Looking For.
Must Have
around 1 year of experience in onboarding, partner operations, merchant support, or similar roles, Deliver accurate, on-time work within SOPs while maintaining CRM hygiene and data quality, Are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple merchant accounts and tasks simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce, CRM tools, merchant dashboards, or Monday. com, Familiarity with food delivery, grocery delivery, or marketplace platforms, Basic understanding of Austrian or German legal entity structures and business documentation, Experience with onboarding, compliance or document verification processes
