Must Have
Fluent in Azerbaijani, English (B2 level), Russian (optional), Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense, Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience, Structured, detailed and service oriented, time management skills with efficient task prioritization
What You'll Do.
Help onboard new venues to the Wolt platform - from contracts and photography to menu setup
and training partners on how to use the Wolt app.
Build relationships with our restaurant and retail partners by guiding them through our tools
and supporting their day-to-day needs.
Make sure our partner portfolio meets Wolt’s high service standards by running regular quality checks and following up on feedback.
Support the growth of our restaurant and retail partners by using insights from our data to help improve their performance on the platform.
Keep our menus up to date with accurate text and visuals that represent the Wolt brand and deliver a great experience for customers.
Take care of equipment inventory and make sure partners receive and return devices when needed.
