We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Associate to support the successful launch and growth of new merchants on the platform. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding merchants through their onboarding journey, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting them during their first days of live operations. You will work closely with merchants to help improve quality, increase order performance, and ensure they are set up for long-term success on the platform.
