What You'll Do.

growing and managing Enterprise Retail merchant accounts and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) businesses, Ensuring close partnership with these merchants and partners, develop plans and strategies to drive their sales and meet their business needs, across the different services in Grab such as Express and Ads, Establishing and managing business relationships with key GrabMart and GrabPay merchants and FMCG partners to drive their growth, Leading all elements of account management, including business identification, business development strategy, partner negotiation, day-to-day account management, and execution of key initiatives, Enabling accounts' growth and success, measured by GMV and advertising revenue, Forming deeper relationships with accounts through collaboration in other Grab verticals such as GrabAds and GrabExpress, Work with the Retail/FMCG Account Management Leads and Head of Merchants on individual account's business development strategy, Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue, Drive growth for accounts, measured by GMV and advertising revenue, and ensure that the partner thrives on the platform through these key initiatives, Engage accounts to ensure thorough understanding of their needs, concerns and business objectives, Analyze data and develop initiatives to increase revenues/profitability for your portfolio, Work across functions to tailor account specific needs (e.

customized reporting, marketing support, integrations, product, etc.

) to ensure accounts have the most optimized experience with Grab, Drive operational excellence by working with the merchants and operations teams, Work closely with business teams to develop joint business plans, conduct regular business reviews and pitch strategic initiatives.
