Job Overview: This is a role that combines merchandising strategy, merchant partnership, platform experience enhancement, and daily operations, perfect for someone who has successfully scaled an eCommerce business in the pet market. Job Description: Merchandising & Category Management • Plan and execute eye-catching visual merchandising and product highlights on our e-commerce platform • Drive weekly new arrivals, themed campaigns and member-exclusive items Merchant Partnership & Product Expansion • Source and onboard leading local and international pet brands (food, supplements, toys, and accessories) • Negotiate exclusive Taiwan or Japan distribution rights, co-branded collections, and best wholesale or consignment terms eCommerce P&L & Revenue Strategy • Design and execute pricing strategies, bundling logic, flash sales, subscription models, and promotional mechanics to hit OKRs Logistics Partnership & Optimization • Collaborate closely with 3PL and logistics partners to design and implement efficient delivery solutions Job Requirements: University graduates with a degree in Merchandising, Logistics, and Supply Chain or other related disciplines 5+ years in digital merchandising, eCommerce management or channel management Must have owned P&L or revenue target of an eCommerce business or major digital channel before Proven experience in merchant partnership or business development for pet, lifestyle or premium products is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese plus business or conversational Japanese required (for regular communication with Japanese pet brands and suppliers)
