Deliver results as manager on duty
Drive key performance indicators
Ensure merchandise movement process is executed
Perform opening and closing procedures
Perform SM duties in absence
Assist with staff scheduling
Review corporate communications
Partner with supervisors on store issues
Perform Five Below services
Use financial reporting
Assist payroll process
Ensure budget is in line
Assist merchandising procedures
Maintain assigned zone
Set and maintain Market Plan
Ensure execution of inventory integrity process
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
Authorize register functions
Comply with Human Resources policies
Lead asset protection processes
Lead safety processes
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist receiving and stocking procedures
Unload merchandise from trucks
Stage merchandise for sales floor
