Merchandising Coordinator, Fine Jewelry Merchandising - Remote Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our Merchandising team and support the growth of our Fine Jewelry business. The ideal candidate brings a genuine appreciation for fine jewelry craftsmanship and design, paired with strong analytical instincts and a collaborative spirit. In this role, you will support product lifecycle and launch initiatives across cross-functional teams — including Design, Production, Planning, Ecommerce, and Marketing — ensuring a seamless product experience across all customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities include: Run regular business reporting to evaluate product and category performance, including growth, mix and profitability. Support team members across all stages of the product lifecycle from line plan to launch, assisting on collection briefing, design brainstorm, costing, and downstream product launch initiatives. Conduct competitor reviews to monitor trends, pricing, promotional activity, and product introductions. Participate in the product development process, partnering with category merchants to build product assortments that support sales and growth plans. Maintain accurate SKU attribute and pricing information. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including production, operations, marketing, and site merchandising to launch new product and drive category performance. Specific qualifications include: BA degree or equivalent, preferred 2 years of analytical experience or corporate merchandising experience in a consumer-based retail environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize data in Excel through the use of pivot tables and lookup functions to understand business trends and provide forward-thinking insight. Extremely detail oriented and exceptional time management skills and accountability Strong ability to work individually and as a team player to execute projects Excel
