What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 1.5 years of experience in operations specific to procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or buying, Experience in American fashion and apparel, Ability to evaluate product fit by customer demographic, research instincts, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Comfortable working with data and digital tools including CRM systems, knowledge bases, and spreadsheets
Nice to Have
Background in fashion buying, retail merchandising, or product sourcing, Familiarity with wholesale apparel suppliers, Experience sourcing from overseas manufacturers or platforms like Alibaba, Knowledge of promotional products such as drink ware, bags, stationery, and accessories
