Train associates on merchandising
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged
Communicate with Coordinator on Duty
Monitor team productivity
Uphold merchandising philosophy
Maintain backroom organization
Ensure recycling compliance
Communicate with management
Partner with management on training
Promote credit programs
Support shrink reduction
Promote safety awareness
