Must Have
1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience
What You'll Do.
Execute receiving and merchandising standards
Ensure efficient processing by Associates
Provide excellent customer experience
Engage and interact with customers
Maintain clean and organized store
Orchestrate truck delivery
Prioritize merchandise processing
Train and mentor Associates
Ensure proper merchandise tagging
Communicate with Coordinator on Duty
Ensure Associates complete tasks
Monitor team productivity
Organize and rotate back stock
Uphold merchandising philosophy
Maintain backroom organization
Ensure recycling compliance
Communicate with management
Provide progress updates
Accept recognition and feedback
Partner with Management on training
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Support shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness
