Own the end-to-end creation and maintenance of our items and POs; Ensure our entire styling pipeline runs on precise, highly reliable backend information

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Clothing Technology, Apparel Engineering, or Fashion Merchandising, 2 to 6+ years of experience working inside a structured, apparel operation—specifically within buying, merchandise planning, or brand management roles, Fluent in English, 2+ years of experience with data entry in English, Exceptional writing skills, Extreme attention to detail, comfort running calculations, analyzing data, and tracking numbers under tight deadlines, Proficiency with G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Slack and Airtable, Previous experience working in e-commerce tech startup, You thrive in fast-moving environments where we move quickly, You are energetic and ready to be on-the-go, Eager to learn and excited to help build a company from the ground up
What You'll Do.
Update and maintain product catalog
Ensure product descriptions
Accurately enter product information
Ensure data up-to-date and error-free
Conduct regular quality checks on product data
Identify and address discrepancies or issues
Provide support to merchandise team
