Full Job Description
Entry level to highly experienced Industrial/Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Background in Mobile Industrial Equipment, specifically around the Oilfield Servicing Industry. Looking for entry level mechanics that recently graduated with a Votech Certification in Heavy Truck / Diesel Technology to highly experienced mechanics that have extensive knowledge in Heavy Truck / Diesel Engine Technology, Industrial & Mobile Hydraulic Equipment, and Oilfield Servicing Equipment. Oilfield Servicing Equipment examples include: Coil Tubing Equipment, Hydraulic Workover/Snubbing Equipment, Oilfield & Industrial Nitrogen Equipment, Wireline Equipment, and Oilfield Pumping Equipment. Entry Level Applicants need to have a Heavy Truck / Diesel Engine Technology Certification from a Vocational School. Experienced Level Applicants need to have a proven track record of experience in Heavy Truck / Diesel Engines and Industrial/Heavy Mobile Equipment. Also, having experience at Heavy Truck DOT repairs and performing Automotive Vehicle Inspections (AVI)’s. Being able to give examples, with references, of equipment that the applicant has worked on to determine necessary experience. RECOMMENDED Entry Level Applicants are recommended to have passed or are in the process of passing the ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Entry Level Exams to become a ASE Entry Level Certified. Experienced Level Applicants are recommended to have passed or are in the process of passing the ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Heavy Truck / Diesel (T Series) Exams to get either a Certification as a ASE Heavy Truck / Diesel Mechanic or ASE Master Heavy Truck / Diesel Mechanic. Also, Experienced Level Applications are encouraged to have a passed or are trying to pass the Fluid Power Society (FPS) Hydraulic Mechanic Certification. Other duties as assigned.
