This is a full-time, in-person position. The MEP Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in managing the coordination, installation, and quality of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems on complex, large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all MEP activities from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out, ensuring compliance with project specifications and Holder standards. Provide direct supervision and guidance to MEP subcontractors and vendors, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, major equipment, lighting, fire alarm, security, building automation systems, CCTV, power distribution, and communications systems. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP systems, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project alignment. Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC programs and support the Energy Control and Safety Program to uphold Holder’s zero-accident culture. Manage punch lists, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive timely resolution of challenges using all available resources.
