This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Communicate with electrical and mechanical equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors. Procure electrical and mechanical subcontracts and equipment, managing contracts and deliverables from bid solicitation through contract award. Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with electrical, mechanical, and overall construction cost estimates. Support commercial projects within core markets, ensuring effective coordination and execution. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, relevant field, or relevant experience. 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing preconstruction experience. Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans and specifications. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of MEP systems and equipment. Good communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues.
