What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of MEP systems experience in commercial real estate, 3+ years in management or supervisory role, Experience with building automation systems and energy management, Project management experience with budgets exceeding $1M
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, LEED AP certification preferred, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar energy credentials a plus
What You'll Do.

Develop and manage annual MEP budgets and capital expenditure plans
Oversee maintenance contracts and vendor relationships
Implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs
Troubleshoot complex system failures and coordinate emergency repairs
Maintain accurate documentation of all MEP systems and modifications
Supervise MEP technicians
and maintenance staff
Provide technical training and professional development opportunities
Establish performance metrics and conduct regular team evaluations
